TERRIBLE

I went inside just to see Roaches all over. Then when I ordered an ice cream truck drove by and they ran out and got ice cream. Then When I was served they said HI WELCOME TO CHILI'S. I asked for there marnger and They said OKAY KAREN.

Missing food item & rude employees

I ordered 5 breakfast items from the Denny's at 15553 valley Blvd Industry CA 91744. I walked in paid for my food thinking I had my entire order, but when I got home I only had 4 orders. I called to let them know and the two young ladies on the phone kept telling the mngr was bussy and would not let me speak to him/her. I said I was calling corporate and they said to call back and rudely hung up on me! Very rude and unprofessional and no customer service ethics.

Everytime I come to Wendy’s and order a…

Everytime I come to Wendy’s and order a pretzel chicken pub sandwich they always mess up the order. I got beef instead of chicken and honey mustard instead of beer cheese. Just disappointed.

Incredible Staff and Service

The staff at the Wendy’s drive through had to be the nicest ever in the history of drive throughs. I couldn’t have been more pleased. I have never gotten that experience from any other place. Not even Starbucks. It made my day.

PLEASE READ!!

PLEASE READ!!! Bryant Mingo Jr is by far the most the most ATTENTIVE, COMPETENT, and HARD WORKING employee I have ever come across. I have owned my own business for 25 years. I HAVE NEVER met a gentleman like Bryant. He has gone over and above for my workers, my fiancée and especially me. He is consistent with his SUPERB LEVEL of customer service and HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS IS WHAT GENERATES INCOME. Corporate NEEDS TO KNOW what they have before someone else sees this and recruits him. This gentleman and his SINCERE CARE is why youmake money. Promote him you have a diamond. South Attleboro location Massachusetts you need to recognize this gentleman

Unsatisfied

Went to Wendys in clarkston mi. Ended up in line for 25 mins waiting. Cashier was rude and never apologized for rudeness or the wait. I asked for something free got told no. Food was cold by the time we got it. I will not be returning.

I like Wendy’s a lot but they have horrible
Customer experience this guy names “Jose” was super rude giving us attitude and a hard time when we couldn’t hear him when we were ordering! It was horrible never again I’m going back.

Worst chicken ever

Went for 2 of the new chicken sandwich saw on tv 2 for $5.00 I should have know but didn’t!Honestly worst chicken sandwich ever had!Culvers Hardee’s & McDonalds put these to shame!Never again

fries were soggy

fries were soggy. Felt like I was being rushed when taking my order. Would like to be handed a receipt next time. Felt like things were being rushed and I did not receive napkins, but they gave me sauce. I don’t even use sauce

The food and drinks were amazing

The food and drinks were amazing! The customer service was terrible. I pulled up to the window to pay and the cashier Trinton was very rude. He didnt say anything to me and did not give me my receit. He handed me my card and then walked away. I was very disappointed.

Wait in line for 20 minutes and at 10:31 They tell you sorry breakfast is over. Signs still have breakfast menu up. We are changing them now. SORRY.
